Students in this class will learn ballet and jazz steps, positions, combinations, and routines. We use a variety of age-appropriate music and props to keep the class interesting and fun. Classes are customized based on grades. We have two skill levels (Grades K-2nd and Grades 3rd -5th ). An optional off-site recital is available in May to interested participants. More information on recital will be given in January. Curriculum updates and pictures will be emailed 2-3 times during the semester. Parents are always welcome to contact us for any updates or questions about their child or the program. All dancers will need pink ballet shoes for class. Dance attire is optional. Comfortable school attire is also welcome. Ms. Abbey has been working with Chalker students for over 5 years and hopes to see your child in class!
