In Kids TV, students dive into the exciting world of filmmaking while building valuable life skills. From learning camera work and lighting to mastering production techniques, kids work alongside local filmmakers to bring their own stories to life. Whether they’re behind the camera or in front of it, every student gets the chance to produce, film, and even star in their own original video projects! Through our engaging "Be Better Moments", students participate in fun games and activities that build teamwork, communication, perseverance, kindness, and caring. Lights, camera, action — and a whole lot of fun!
Kids TV has been offering Film Classes and Video Production training to kids (Grades 1st - 8th) for the past 10 years. With over 30 school sites, and a staff of trained filmmakers, we develop hundreds of kids every year to become young creatives!
Beginning in 2014, with only 4 classes in the Metro Atlanta Area, owner and founder, Brandon Jolley was the sole employee and instructor. As a local filmmaker and producer, Brandon believed in cultivating the film industry in Atlanta. He began his career as an Production Assistant & Producer’s Assistant at Tyler Perry Studios; then received his Masters in Digital & Video Production from Georgia State University. After being hired to teach a film class for kids at a local studio, Brandon witnessed the joy and creativity of kids when given the equipment and training to create movies. This is where the vision of Kids TV was born.
