Building the Foundation, from Kumon Tutoring, will help your child learn and master math and reading concepts to help put them grade levels ahead of their peers! Math concepts include counting and number sequencing, addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, fractions, order of operations, positive and negative numbers, solving equations, graphs, algebra – elementary to advanced, trigonometry and logarithms, probability and statistics. Reading concepts include pre-reading skills, vocabulary, grammar and punctuation, sentence building, reading comprehension, summarizing, interpretation, and critical thinking.
