Fine Arts Club (K-5th)

The STEAM Club Fine Arts is designed to enhance drawing skills, creativity and build each child’s self confidence. Throughout the year, students learn the fundamentals of art through drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, and mixed media, while using artist quality media. Projects never repeat – each session is new and different! We provide engaging curriculum that develops skills and techniques, stretches the imagination, and explores art history, as well as, the art work of our very own local artists! Each and every project is “kid-tested” to ensure that all projects are fun and successful!

Maker's Workshop (2nd-5th)

The STEAM Club is built on the idea that creating and exploring are the roots of innovation! Our Maker’s Workshop for students in 2nd-5th grade embodies this concept to the fullest. Using a wide variety of supplies and tools, your student will create 3-dimensional masterpieces each week. These builds will engage problem-solving skills, engineering concepts and imagination! Your student’s confidence will soar as they turn everyday materials into amazing art! Many projects and concepts are inspired by the latest trends on popular crafting and social media outlets, so our curriculum is fresh and exciting each session!

KIDZKEYS PIANO (K-3RD)

Join KidzKeys-Piano Club this semester and learn piano skills that will last a lifetime! KidzKeys gives kids in K-3rd Grade the chance to explore and express their own creativity - all while having fun learning piano with friends! We bring keyboards for every student, so all your child needs to do is get excited about learning piano! Our Color-Coded lessons are crafted to help K-3rd grade students quickly learn to read music on their own! With the help of our encouraging and highly trained teachers, your child will learn 5 new songs each semester.

Soccer & Running Club (K-5th)

We offer two clubs in one!  Running and Soccer Club with NST (National Soccer Trainers). The Running Club is game-based with lots of fun activities including sharks and minnows, different tag games, and relay races. Our Soccer Club plays lots of game activities and does 1v1, 2v2, and the numbers game. We make the club fun and challenging for all ages and fitness levels. (No weekend games - after school program meets one day per week).

Taking robotics in a whole new direction! Your K-2nd grader will have a blast using Ozobots and tablet-based software to learn the basics of robotics and programming. Introduce your child to STEM and programming with the LEGO WeDo 2.0 system. Using bluetooth technology, we can wirelessly program our bots to complete amazing challenges in engineering and coding. Each week is a new adventure in STEM, this is the prefect course to encourage continued learning exploring engineering, simple machines and technology.

Marietta Martial Arts's ASP Karate is a great way for students to get introduced to martial arts. In our weekly class, kids love the kicking and punching from Karate. But it's more than kicking and punching.....it's about life skills. Skills like Respect, Focus, and Self-Discipline (aka self-control).

Rocky Mount Chorus

The Rocky Mount Chorus is open to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students.  We perform concerts at the school, in the community, and typically compete in a the Cobb County Choral Festival. A chorus (or choir) is a group of individuals who perform music by singing.  Music is sung both unaccompanied (without backgrounds) and accompanied (with backgrounds).  We sing folk songs, art songs, show tunes, seasonal music, songs in other languages, and more!

Spanish Club (K-3RD)

Our program incorporates a variety of games, role play, writing, reading and music into our daily curriculum in order to generate and maintain the interest of each child.  We use a positive reinforcement classroom management style to build self-esteem and maximize student participation and productivity. Class size is limited to an appropriate student-teacher ratio geared toward a positive and effective interaction between the teacher and students, and optimal classroom management.  Student placement is based on grade level, ability and prior Spanish language experience.

Before Clubs Start

  • Every student participating in enrichment clubs after school must be Registered for ASP. There is a $20 Annual Non-Refundable Registration Fee. This is to prepare for the possibility that you or a guardian is late or unable to pickup your child at the time of dismissal.
  • Tuition: You will only be charged ASP tuition by Cobb County if your child stays in ASP.

  • Please send a note with your child every day that they stay after school for a FunClubs' program.
  • Program instructors will meet students in the gym and lead them to their classrooms.

Dismissal After Clubs

  • Dismissal Location: ASP Clubs will dismiss via the covered play area outside of the cafeteria.
  • Students will only be signed out to their parent or guardian who must be on the pick-up list on that student’s registration. Alternatively, the parent or guardian may send a note authorizing an alternative pick-up person.
  • Students participating in ASP will be signed into ASP following club dismissal.
  • Students will be provided a snack after club if they are returning to ASP.

Cancellations & Absences

  • FunClubs after school programs will follow the public school calendar. Classes will not meet on scheduled holidays, teacher work days, early release days, etc.
  • In the event of inclement weather, FunClubs will follow the public school closing decisions.
  • When a class is canceled for any reason, FunClubs will attempt to schedule a make up class if the semester has additional weeks available (before the Winter Break or Summer Break).
  • If your child will be absent for any reason, please contact your school's front office and they will notify your child's instructor. Please note that we are unable to provide makeup classes for individual students who are absent.

  3. If you are looking for a Specific Program, Filter by SESSION TYPE on the left-hand side.
  4. Classes can be viewed by SESSION LIST or CALENDAR, which will allow you to see all program schedules at once.
  5. Once you hit the red CONTINUE button, you will be able to assign your selected programs to different children, if applicable.
  6. Any discounts, including automatic discounts such as sibling discounts, and provider coupon codes, will be added on the checkout page (the last page of the registration).

Frequently Asked Questions

HOW MUCH DO CLASSES COST?

The tuition for each class is set by the individual instructor. Program tuition can vary based on the materials provided, length of the class, or speciality of the course topic. To preview tuition rates and class schedules, click SIGN UP.

HOW LONG DO PROGRAMS LAST?

Time: Most after school enrichment classes last 50-60 minutes long. Some programs offer a 2nd session or longer class times depending on their lesson plans and course topic. Semester: Most classes meet once a week for 10-12 weeks, depending on the number of days available. In general, all FunClubs after school programs will follow the public school calendar. Classes will not meet on scheduled holidays, teacher work days, early release days, etc. To see the time, day, and schedule details for each class, click SIGN UP.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS OR DISCOUNTS?

YES! When you enroll your child you will have the option of paying in full or choosing our convenient 4-Month Payment Plan (available for most programs). Some participating classes also offer multiple discounts, including Early-Bird, Sibling, Multi-Season, and Referral Rewards.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?

In most cases, after your child has attended class for the first time their enrollment is considered complete and their class spot reserved. However, FunClubs will follow the Standard Refund Policy for each Program Provider and consider requests on a case-by-case basis. We will not issue credits or refunds due to missed classes or scheduling conflicts arising from sporting events, other enrichment classes, etc. Every effort will be made to reschedule classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather.
