Students will learn through Improvisation and Acting games that will help them learn to think on their feet, work as a team, speak in front of others, and improve listening skills. Most importantly, they will have fun! Our musicals are age appropriate and offer each child a moment to shine on stage. They learn the entire process involved in the production of a show--auditions, rehearsals, singing, dancing, acting, stage presence. Musicals are performed in the Spring on a local school stage and involve costumes, lights, microphones, the works!

MTW began in 2004 with Summer Camps, then moved into schools with Drama Clubs and an annual musical production. Firsthand knowledge of the positive effects of Drama Education, combined with a passion for children, the arts and education, MTW strives to provide every child the opportunity to explore and express through improv, stage movement, and acting lessons. The life skills that drama teaches are improved concentration, speaking in front of others, thinking on your feet, improved listening and awareness, and having fun!
